In support of the growing number of family, friends, neighbors and guests who are affected by Breast Cancer, Team Alfie’s has decided to participate in Athena’s Cup this year. The goal of the National Chapter of Athena’s cup is to collect 169,000 bras, along with a $5.00 donation. They will then hook them together for the Guinness Book of records to bring awareness to the Battle against Breast Cancer. Please support us by donating your gently used bra or bras along with a $5.00 donation made payable to Athena’s Cup and we will start our own chain here at Alfie’s until they are collected in October for Breast Cancer Awareness Month! Feel free to decorate the bra any way you choose or place the name of a loved one who has been affected by breast cancer on your bra and let’s see how many unique bras we can collect.
